About me


Hey, I’m Brandon Morris!I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have worked with 100+ clients helping them get stronger, move better, and feel their best.

My Story
I used to struggle with consistency. Some weeks, I’d be all in — training hard, chasing big goals. Other weeks? I’d put it off, telling myself, “I’ll start tomorrow.” Between work, school, and life, I felt overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of stop-and-go progress.
To make things harder, I’ve dealt with low back pain from spondylolisthesis since I fractured my back in 8th grade (yeah, sounds like something from Harry Potter, right?).I finally figured out how to train effectively despite injuries, stay consistent, and make progress without spending hours in the gym. My approach blends mobility, calisthenics, strength training, cardio and injury-specific work — and it’s practical, sustainable, and actually works!

My Goal for You
I don’t want you to rely on me forever. My goal is to educate you, build lasting habits, and help you reach your goals in a way that ACTUALLY fits your life. Whether it’s fat loss, strength, or injury prevention, I’ll create a plan that works for you — not just now, but for years to come.
